Production of natural neutral potassium tartrate

Randi Group produces and sells natural neutral potassium tartrate.

Neutral potassium tartrate: characteristics and properties

Neutral potassium tartrate is a tartaric acid salt that respects the composition of the wine more than any other acid neutraliser. Even in high concentrations, in fact, neutral potassium tartrate does not significantly alter the composition and smell of the wine. Randi Group guarantees the production and supply of high-quality natural neutral potassium tartrate destined mainly for the wine sector, but also for the food sector and other fields.
