Our Tartaric Acid derives from calcium tartrate, obtained from the distillation of by-products of the wine industry, such as marcs and lees.


Only a product deriving from this process can be defined as natural.


Produced in our plants, in Italy and Australia, Natural Tartaric Acid respect the degree of purity of world pharmacopoeias. Besides, it is selected in different granulation sizes, so as to meet our customers’ needs.
